FIG Services is an independently owned corporation which provides an array of services within the medical consulting and educational settings. These services are provided to attorneys (plaintiff and defense), insurance carriers, employers, health care providers, patients, and families. These services include: Medicare Set-Aside education courses, Nurse Life Care Planning Educational Courses, Nurse Life Care Plans, Life Care Plan Reviews, Medical Cost Projections, File Reviews, Mediation & Settlement Consulting, Medicare Set-Aside Allocations, Nurse Care Management, and Nurse Advocacy. Services are provided as an Expert Witness or Consultant.

Shelene Giles, Founder of FIG Services, has extensive knowledge/experience within the medical and vocational case management fields. She has been employed in these areas for the past twenty years. Shelene holds college degrees in Nursing, Rehabilitation, Psychology, and Business Administration. She is a licensed Registered Nurse and her certifications include Certified Nurse Life Care Planner, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified. Her special interests include life care plans for catastrophic burn injuries. Shelene has peer reviewed publications in Life Care Plans for burn survivors and Medicare Set-Asides. She is an instructor for courses within the Nurse Life Care Planning and Medicare-Set Aside fields. Shelene Giles was chosen to serve on the Executive Board (President Elect - 2007, President - 2008, and Past President - 2009) for the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners.
